1. Can I return a product?
    Yes. Access our refund policy page here.
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted (if applicable):
    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    Please be advised that:
    - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    - Perishable foods cannot be returned.
    - Sale/Clearance items cannot be refunded.
    - Seasonal products cannot be refunded. Examples: Chocottone, Panettone, Easter Eggs, World Cup Merchandise etc.

  2. Do you deliver refrigerated items?
    Currently, we do not deliver refrigerated items. We only have them for pickup in store.
